The product

KeepTheCut sells an annual document packet and related reminders for one Texas property. You pay $99 per year per property. We generate documents for you to file. We do not provide property-tax consulting, legal services, or appraisal services.

No professional relationship

Buying a packet does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, or agent relationship. We are not registered under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1152. You represent yourself before the appraisal district and the Appraisal Review Board.

No guaranteed reduction

Outcomes vary. Some protests produce no change. A lower appraised value may not change the tax bill because of exemptions or limitations. Industry averages cited on the marketing site are other companies’ published figures, not our results and not a forecast for your property.

Your responsibilities

• Confirm deadlines on your Notice of Appraised Value.
• File with the correct county appraisal district, not with KeepTheCut and not with the Comptroller.
• Review and edit suggested figures before you file. They are worksheets, not appraisals.
• Verify comparables against public CAD records.

Payment and renewal

Payment is $99 per year per property, collected by Stripe (live Payment Link). Checkout collects billing details, phone, Texas property address, and county. Cancel through Stripe or by emailing support before renewal. Buying a packet is document preparation only: you file, you represent yourself, and we do not guarantee a reduction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Texas law allows, KeepTheCut is not liable for missed deadlines, CAD portal outages, ARB decisions, tax bills, or your decision to file or not file. Our aggregate liability for a packet is limited to the fee you paid for that year.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
