We collect the address, owner name, email, optional phone and CAD account number, and payment metadata needed to build and deliver a packet. We use that information to fulfill the order, send transactional email (order received, packet ready, deadline stubs), and operate the admin queue.

We do not sell your information. We do not scrape county CAD sites. Comparables in v1 are typed in by an operator from public records or provided by you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The public checkout Payment Link collects billing address, phone, Texas property address, and county so we can prepare your packet. We do not store full card numbers.

Magic-link URLs are secrets. Anyone with the link can see that order. Do not post them.

Email support@keepthecut.com to request deletion of an account record after the protest season, subject to records we must keep for tax and dispute purposes.
